My name is Bukola Okeowo and helping others live a fulfilling life is my passion. I also have a special passion for helping adolescents and adults with anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, self-esteem, depressive symptoms and life transitions. As a psychotherapist my approach is first and foremost building rapport and understanding the person as a whole. While therapeutically supporting, uplifting, empowering, and understanding the dynamics of self.
I have experience in group, individual and family therapy. As well as experience as a psychiatric hospital clinical social worker, intensive in-home and outpatient therapist. I also provide trauma informed care that involves understanding, recognizing, and responding to the effects of trauma experiences.
